Bet365 Sister Sites: Does Bet365 Have Any Real Sister Bookmakers?

Bet365 does not currently have any verified separate UK sister bookmakers. Our September 2026 check of the current Gambling Commission records found multiple Hillside companies behind bet365, but all of the relevant consumer-facing records lead back to the bet365 brand and bet365.com.

So if you are looking for another bookmaker owned or operated alongside bet365, there isn’t a genuine sister site we can currently verify.

The confusion comes from bet365’s legal structure. Its sportsbook and casino products are handled by different Hillside entities, while some websites also treat Bet365 Casino, Poker or even unrelated bookmakers as “sister sites”. They are not the same thing.

Two Hillside Operators Sit Behind One Bet365 Brand

Bet365’s UK terms split its products between two licensed operators:

So yes, there are two operating companies.

But look at what the regulator lists for them.

Hillside (UK Sports) ENC

• Trading name: bet365
• Active domain: bet365.com
• Betting licences: real-event, virtual-event and pool betting

Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC

• Trading name: bet365
• Active domain: bet365.com
• Current remote activity: casino

You can verify the current business records through the UK Gambling Commission public register.

There is no second bookmaker name sitting beside bet365 on either consumer-facing account.

That is much more useful than simply searching for companies containing the word “Hillside”.

Bet365 Casino Is Not a Bet365 Sister Site

Some sister-site pages solve the lack of genuine brands by treating different parts of bet365 as separate websites.

That can lead to lists containing names such as:

• Bet365 Casino
• Bet365 Poker
• Bet365 Live Casino
• Bet365 Games
• Bet365 app

They are not separate sister bookmakers.

You can move from the sportsbook to the casino and the legal entity responsible for that product may change. But you have not moved from bet365 to another gambling brand.

You are still using bet365.

A separate licence, product tab or app does not turn part of a website into its own sister site.

That distinction becomes important when comparing bet365 with operators that genuinely run several named betting brands.

There Is a Third Hillside Company — But Not a Third Bookmaker

The UKGC search creates another possible source of confusion.

Searching for bet365 currently produces three Hillside records:

1. Hillside (Technology) Limited
2. Hillside (UK Gaming) ENC
3. Hillside (UK Sports) ENC

The first of these, Hillside (Technology) Limited, holds gambling-software licensing.

It also trades as bet365.

It does not appear to operate another public bookmaker that bettors can join instead.

So:

three licensed Hillside entities ≠ three betting brands.

This is why counting companies in a regulatory database is not enough when researching sister sites.

You need to follow the trading names and domains as well.

Bet365 Group Is the Bigger Corporate Link

The Hillside names can make the ownership structure look more disconnected than it really is.

under Bet365 Group Limited.

The structure is therefore closer to:

Hillside licensed entities

What is missing is another active consumer bookmaker sitting beside bet365.

That is what we would need before describing a site as a genuine bet365 sister bookmaker.

Why You May Still See Hillside (New Media) Mentioned

Older operator information is still floating around online.

One name you may encounter is Hillside (New Media) Limited.

That company really was connected with bet365, but it belongs to an earlier licensing structure.

The Gambling Commission has confirmed that the following entities previously used bet365.com:

• Hillside (New Media) Limited
• Hillside (Gibraltar) Limited
• Hillside (UK Sports) LP

Hillside (New Media) surrendered its licences in 2015. The Gibraltar and former UK Sports entities surrendered their relevant licences in 2020.

That creates an easy research trap.

A website can copy an old Hillside company name, pair it with today’s bet365 brand and make the information look current.

It isn’t necessarily current.

For a sister-site check, the useful question isn’t only:

“Has this company ever been linked to bet365?”

It is:

“Which licensed operator and consumer brands are active now?”

Bookmakers Similar to Bet365 Are Not Its Sisters

There is another common problem with this search.

A page starts with “Bet365 Sister Sites” and then lists other large UK bookmakers because they offer similar things.

Maybe they have:

• football betting,
• bet builders,
• horse racing,
• live betting,
• casino games,
• mobile apps.

Those similarities tell us nothing about common ownership.

A bookmaker competing with bet365 is not automatically part of the bet365 corporate group.

We therefore would not classify another betting site as a bet365 sister simply because it looks similar or serves the same UK customers.

What Would Count as a Real Bet365 Sister Site?

We would want to find something stronger than product similarity.

For example:

Another brand on the same operator account

If Hillside (UK Sports) ENC listed bet365 and another bookmaker as active trading names, that would be strong evidence.

Another consumer domain operated under the same structure

If the regulator connected Hillside to bet365.com and another independently branded gambling domain, that would also matter.

A separate bookmaker within Bet365 Group

A different betting brand controlled within the same corporate group could reasonably be described as a group sister even if it used its own licence.

We did not find one fitting those conditions in the current UK records.

Which Bet365 Sister Sites Can You Actually Join?

At the moment, none that we can verify as genuine sister bookmakers.

The current UK structure shows several legal entities supporting one major gambling brand rather than one operator running a portfolio of different bookmaker names.

So a list containing Bet365 Casino, Poker and the app is not really a sister-site list.

And a list containing unrelated bookmakers may be useful for comparing alternatives, but it does not prove common ownership.
